Project Name: Integrated PVC Piping Solutions for Municipal Water Distribution and Sewerage Upgrades
Project Location: Developing Urban Districts, Cambodia, Southeast Asia

Project Overview: This infrastructure initiative focused on upgrading the aging water supply and wastewater management systems in rapidly expanding Cambodian districts. The existing network faced challenges such as high leakage rates and insufficient flow capacity to meet growing demand. The project required a versatile piping solution that could accommodate both high-pressure potable water distribution and gravity-fed sewage systems.
We supplied a comprehensive range of PVC-U pressure pipes and high-capacity sewer pipes. The selection was based on the material’s inherent resistance to chemical erosion and its smooth internal surface, which minimizes friction loss and prevents the buildup of sediment and biological growth within the sewer lines.
Our Value & Project Impact:
-
System Compatibility: We provided a “full-system” supply including specialized fittings and solvent cements, ensuring seamless transitions between new extensions and existing municipal connections.
-
Ease of Installation: Given the dense urban environment of the project sites, our lightweight PVC pipes allowed for faster manual handling and reduced the need for heavy machinery in narrow streets, significantly shortening the construction timeline.
-
Hydraulic Efficiency: The low roughness coefficient of our PVC-U pipes improved the flow rate of the water distribution network, reducing the energy required for pumping and lowering long-term operational costs for the local utility.
-
Project Impact: The upgrade has significantly reduced water loss caused by old, fractured pipes and improved sanitation standards by ensuring the secure, leak-proof transport of wastewater to treatment facilities.
