Project Name:Supply and Export of HDPE Water Pipe Coils for Agricultural and Rural Networks
Project Location:Central and Southern Regions, Chile, South America.

Project Overview :Chile’s diverse geography—stretching from arid northern regions to fertile central valleys—requires versatile piping solutions for both large-scale agriculture and rural drinking water systems. This project involved the bulk supply of small to medium-diameter HDPE pipe coils (PE100) designed for long-distance water conveyance with minimal joints.
The primary objective was to provide a flexible, durable material capable of navigating the uneven terrain of Chilean farms and rural landscapes. By choosing coiled pipes over straight lengths, the project sought to reduce installation time and potential leak points in the distribution network.
Our Value & Project Impact
-
Optimized Logistics for South America: Shipping to Chile involves a long maritime transit. We utilized specialized coiling techniques to maximize container space without exceeding the material’s safe bending radius. This ensured the pipes maintained their structural integrity and roundness upon arrival.
-
Reduction in Installation Complexity: The use of continuous coils significantly reduced the number of butt-fusion or mechanical joints required. For the local installers, this meant faster progress across rugged terrain and a substantial decrease in the risk of future maintenance issues.
-
Adaptability to Diverse Climates: The HDPE material supplied was specifically formulated to handle Chile’s high UV exposure in the north and the seismic activity throughout the country. Its natural flexibility allows the pipeline to withstand soil movement and thermal expansion without cracking.
-
Supporting Water Efficiency: In a country increasingly affected by drought, providing a zero-leakage piping system is critical. Our pipes provide a reliable, long-term solution that helps local agricultural producers and rural communities manage their water resources more effectively.
