● Structural features:

HDPE all-plastic pipe, no steel belt is required, relying on the unique winding structure and corrugated design to improve the ring stiffness, ensure the pressure resistance of the pipe, the smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance, and the hollow sandwich structure achieves a balance between lightness and strength.

● Performance advantages:

1.  The unique winding structure can effectively disperse external stress and improve the pressure resistance;
2. Common calibers are DN200mm to DN3000mm;
3. The ring stiffness is mainly SN8, SN10, SN12.5, and SN16, and the burial depth is mainly within 8 meters;
4. The middle sandwich design forms a hollow structure between the inner and outer walls to keep the pipe lightweight;
5. The all-plastic pipe has no steel belt, strong corrosion resistance, and improves the life of the pipe;

● Application scenarios:

Carat pipes are mainly used for large-scale municipal drainage, sewage treatment, rainwater collection and industrial drainage systems, especially suitable for long-term pressure and deep burial environments.
